May Day DC 2026

The Trump regime is gutting union jobs in the DC region. They are hunting and killing people in the streets, and building an empire of detention. DC is now home to the highest rate of unemployment in the nation, and more than 70,000 people lost their jobs in the DC area last year because of his destruction. ICE has now arrested nearly 20,000 people in our region, and the "DC Safe and Beautiful Task Force" has arrested 10,000 more. Congress is attempting over and over again to strip away our rights and overturn our laws and Trump is leading us toward endless war. And they are all working overtime to violate our elections and entrench their own power. It is time for everyone here to say clearly:enough is enough.

On Friday, May 1 at 12:00 PM, union members, immigrant workers, and community allies will come together for a march and rally. Together we will demand:

• Workers Over Billionaires

• ICE and federal agents out now

• End the DC occupation
